Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to use the service in your jurisdiction. If you create or access an account, you are responsible for the email address and devices used to access it, for keeping login links and sessions secure, and for any activity that happens through your account.

2. What QiblaVibes Provides

QiblaVibes provides interactive quiz experiences and related outputs such as result matches, score breakdowns, maps, community comparisons, profile rarity, and collage generation. Some features are available only to Pro users or only after you save enough quiz results.

Results are generated from your answers and from product logic that may change over time. A result, ranking, rarity percentage, map position, or collage preview can change if quiz content, scoring, assets, or community data changes.

3. Entertainment and Information Only

QiblaVibes is offered for entertainment, reflection, and general information. It does not provide legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, mental-health advice, or binding religious rulings. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any quiz output.

4. Pro Purchases and Billing

• Pro is a paid digital upgrade processed through Stripe for the account used during checkout.
• Pro may unlock features such as additional placements, result maps, leaderboards, rarity insights, or collage download access when the relevant quiz requirements are met.
• Unless required by applicable law, purchases are final once Pro access or another paid digital feature has been granted.
• We may refuse, reverse, or suspend access where a payment is reversed, fraudulent, unauthorized, or materially inconsistent with the intended product flow.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the service in violation of law or someone else's rights;
• attempt to bypass payment gates, access controls, save proofs, share proofs, or rate limits;
• scrape, overload, probe, attack, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
• reuse, rehost, or mass-export paid or protected content without permission;
• use bots or automation in a way that harms availability, fairness, or security for others;
• misrepresent your identity, payment status, or right to use a saved result.

6. Your Content and Inputs

You keep any rights you may have in information you submit, but you grant QiblaVibes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to process, store, adapt, and display that information as needed to run the service, generate results, operate community stats, prevent abuse, and provide paid features.

7. Third-Party Services

Parts of the service rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Turso/libSQL, and YouTube's privacy-enhanced embeds. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside the scope of our own service.

8. Intellectual Property

The QiblaVibes service, brand, site design, quiz structure, software, text, visual presentation, compiled data, and other site content are owned by QiblaVibes or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, lawful use only.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, quiz, ranking system, result logic, or visual asset at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any particular feature or output.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY RESULT OR INSIGHT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QIBLAVIBES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) USD 100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER LAW.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless QiblaVibes from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove saved results, disable share or payment flows, or block requests if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created security risk, abused the service, or used the product in a fraudulent or harmful way.

14. Disputes

If you have a dispute with us, contact qiblavibes.support@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the courts that otherwise have jurisdiction over QiblaVibes and the dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that let you bring claims in your home jurisdiction.

15. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the Last Updated date above and may provide additional notice inside the service. Your continued use of QiblaVibes after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
